Owner Eric is very knowledgeable and not pushy like other windows company. He showed very confident on his products and service. Also give us a lot of good suggestions that we never think off. And the final result is absolutely stunning!

Had my front single door replaced with a double door. The job was done perfectly. The installers were professional and got the job done right. The price is reasonable comparing to other quality installers. The door is beautiful and we already receive a lot of compliments. Thank you Crown.

We recently replaced patio door and a few windows. The service from the company was excellent. The sales manager was knowledgeable and quick to respond questions. He recommended 8' patio door instead of 6' (which we had from the builder). The result is amazing. Great job overall.

Very nice windows, and good value. The windows are much nicer than what we expected, and we expected a lot. It was bad weather when they installed them, but they took extra care in making sure they did their best to keep our house clean. (Keep in mind this is still a sizable renovation, so you have to be realistic about your expectations about the amount of dust and debris). The installation crew worked tirelessly, and were very focused and quiet. They did 28 windows in 1 full day, and spent a few hours on another day for the patio door - very quick indeed!!! We are very, VERY satisfied! The sales guy also recommended someone for blinds, and we went with his recommendation as well.
I have already recommended 2 other people, so I guess that's the ultimate reflection of a job well done!

Good service, works very efficiently. Changed all the windows in my house within just a day, my house is pretty big. The salesperson is very tentative and easy to call him to come help me. Even my neighbours said they did very well.

I have Crown changed my windows 2 years ago. They changed over 20 doors and patio doors. Great service with very good price. I made many quotations and I am glad that I chose Crown. Crown is very honest and understanding. I referred it to my Neighbour in the summer 2015. It was done beautifully and my Neighbour was very happy. I then decided to change some Windows. I called Crown in early December and hoped the job could be done before winter hit. To my surprise, they came to measure the next day. My windows were made within 2 weeks and the installation for my 10 Windows only took 3 hours and they sent in 3 strong workers!! It was clean and neat. I strongly recommend you to contact Crown right away if you are reading this review and considering to replace your Windows and doors. Yes one last thing, the after sale service is excellent too- one screw didn't look good and I asked for a replacement (I am very demanding). Eric answered the phone and he sent in a person the same evening to change it for me. I paid already and they still care and deliver immediate attention and warm service to its customer. I feel respected. Eric and his staff really make his customers as their VIPs.

Replaced 23 old windows with new fully vinyl/plastic replacements. Installation was brick-to-brick. Windows were ready quickly and the office picked good weather days for the work. The installers were very professional and fast. Even the house alarm technician was impressed by the quality of their work which was finished in about 1.5 days. We are very happy with the new windows and already notice a difference with less condensation and drafts.

We replaced all nine windows 6 years ago by Crown Windows and Doors. Last month, I found the window crank handle worn out need to be replaced. I did not call ahead to check availability. I went to their Kennedy Road office. Eric remembered he came to my house to do quotation. I bought two handles. (One to replace the worn handle, the other one to keep as spares. Because it is one hour driving distance to go to Scarbourough from my house downtown.)
