I hired Crown windows to replace all windows for my house. The team arrived on time and completed the job in a day. The quality of the windows and the installation is excellent. Even one glass panel has a crack on it, Crown sent a service person very timely and replace the glass panel without delay. After-sale service is impressive!

At the beginning, I got the front doors and a new door to the garage.They did a very good job and the installation was very professional. Since the the service was good at the first time,
so I bought the sliding door and siding from them 1 week after the front doors installation. Their service was very efficient and good. The quality of their products are excellent.
So I already recommended them to my friend.

We had Crown replace 18 Windows + Bay Window and Patio Door. Customer service was great, Eric did a great job explaining what is important in a good window and workmanship. He wasn't pushy and was very accommodating. The price was fair and the windows are great. They valued your time and show up when they promise and are efficient. The installation staff was very professional and knew exactly what they were doing. Showed up 8am on the dot, finished with clean up by 3:30pm. We had did brick to brick replacement for all the windows. They got the bay window perfect. It just popped in. I quoted around to a few other places and Crown was definitely the best balance. We need more companies like this for the home renovation industry, people that care, take pride in their work and understand the importance of customer service.

the price is reasonable, they have professional installation service. The installation took an hours including removal and install the new one. Very neat and decent. Looking forward for next job from them.
