I am so incredibly happy with the quick and professional installation of 2 hometech windows. I had called Crown for a quote to replace my kitchen and bedroom windows (brick to brick with vinyl brickmould) and Eric came over that same night. I was previously told that my kitchen window was too big for an awning (~59"x40"); however, Eric told me that they could do it and I could not be happier with the window. It is exactly what I wanted and I'm so glad I didn't go with the advice of the other window company,

The quote to actual installation took around 2 weeks as they had to order the windows. I thought it would take longer because my job was so small but during the entire process I felt like I was being treated like a big client. Four guys came to do the installation and they finished the job in 2 hrs. I inspected the windows afterwards and they did a flawless job.

It's been a couple of months and the windows are still gorgeous and have been performing well. I have some other windows in the house that will eventually need to be replaced and I will definitely be using Crown again and will recommend them to my friends and family.

The products and warrenty were well described at the first visit.
As promised the installation was performed within 3 weeks after the contract signed.

My wife and I decided to go with Crown Windows and Doors after doing some research online. We are glad we made the right choice. Eric, who came and gave us the estimate, is friendly and easy to talk to. He is knowledgeable about windows and gave us very good advice. We are happy with the price too. We had all our windows replaced in July, as well as the patio door. The two guys that came to do the installation, Alex and Vladimir, did an excellent job and cleaned up well. We can tell from the way they worked that they are really professional. Eric followed up to make sure everything is alright . We will certainly recommend Crown Windows to others.

I heard about Crown from a friend. Eric comes over the same day I called and quickly provided an estimate. Within a month the windows were ready. The work crew removed the old windows and installed the new ones. They covered the rusty angle iron and caulked around the outside of the windows. On the inside they filled the gaps with foam insulation. The job was completed in a day. The house is now noticeably quieter and I expect also warmer in the winter. They seem to keep the house cooler in the summer. overall I am very satisfied I got Crown to replace my old windows.

We had our windows and patio doors replaced by Crown after getting a recommendation from a friend.

Crown was very accommodating to tight deadline of our renovations, and placed a rush order for us. We were surprised when we got a call that our windows were ready for installation before the promised timeframe.

Installation went smoothly, and the installer was quick to fix dents & scratches on some of the window moulding & screen without any debate.

Overall, we are very satisfied with this company and would recommend them to anyone who is looking to replace their windows or doors.

The windows were ready prior to scheduled date; and the installation team was very professional, all the windows were installed proficiently and they cleaned up well. All in all, the entire team was excellent!

The products met my expectation (as shown in showroom), and the Installers did a good and clean job installing my new windows.
