Bought a 20 year-old house, after the spending in the major renovation, honestly I got very limited budget for the windows and doors. Yet, I am very grateful that I found Crown Windows and Doors and they provided me with the best quality and affordable price.

Starting from the first visit from Eric in June, the team impressed me with their professional, approachable and efficiency. Frankly, I was amazed on their flexibility in dealing with my urgent basement windows, on their professional craftsmanship on installation, on their patient and understanding manner in dealing with complication and a demanding customer like me, and of course on the elite-grade of product quality that you cannot find the same in the city. I am sure what they have given to me is far more excess than what I paid.

Now, I am still thankful for benefit from their friend-like aftersale service and resourceful networking that give me the sense of peace and comfort. Our house is almost 20 years old and we have wanted to replace our windows, doors and garage doors for the past year. We finally received a reasonable quote within our planned budget from Crown Windows & Doors this past summer. However it was Eric's excellent customer service during our first consultation that made us finally decide to go with them over another company. Glad we did since the customer service and support proved to be top quality as did the materials we selected from. Eric and his team provided us with cost conscious selections that look great and will last us longer than our builder grade materials. We were most impressed by their efficient work and professional service, and of course their ability to stay within our strict budget. We were able to replace in total all new 24 Windows, 1 Patio Door, 1 Front Entrance Door, and 2 Single Garage Doors, including all new trims, frames and locks. This all only took 2 days to complete!

I've used Crown Windows & Doors for the following now: front door replacement, bedroom window replacement (4), basement window replacement (2), main floor window replacement (2). Eric was very accommodating for house visits for quotes, and knowledgeable and approachable. The installation team delivered good work, was tidy and worked hard (in our summer heat!).
Crown was again very accommodating when we first made a rush order (which Eric put through for us) but we later had to reschedule to a later date. Crown made no issue of the change and was very easy to deal with.
We are very satisfied with the quality of the windows and door, the installation workmanship and our pleasant dealings with Eric and his team. Would definitely recommend to our friends and family.

Recently, we had all the windows in our house replaced by the Crown Windows and Doors. The price was reasonable. The workmanship (including installation, insulation and caulking) was superb and every window installed looked pretty much like the ones in their show room. In addition, the installers cleaned up the place pretty much before they left, leaving no mess behind.

I have two large windows recently replaced "brick to brick" by Crown Windows and Doors, and am very satisfied with the service. Eric, the manager, is profession, knowledgeable and patience. He will spend the time to understand your needs and provide the best suggestions. There was a very tiny scratch on one of the handles, and he arranged to have it quickly replaced with a new one. The installation crews are wonderful –they are on time, polite, working hard, skilful and organized. They spent a couple of hours to replace all the old windows with new ones, and did the clean up very well without leaving any mess behind. The windows itself are of good quality and beautiful. I would definitely recommend this to my friends and relatives, and use them again in the future.

The installation teams are wonderful. On time, polite, working hard, skillful and organized. I expected the house will be very messy afterwards but they did the clean up very well, it was much cleaner than I expected.

Their office staff is excellent. They are professional and always responsive. I had 9 windows and my front door redone. They had to split the installation between 2 days because the door was behind but their office kept me up to date on the status and in retrospect the installer had more time to install the door perfectly. The install crew did scratch my walls and we managed to get cheaper quotes elsewhere but in our experience the cheapest did not result in the best installation so we are quite happy with the work done by Crown.

We have our bedroom window changed by Crown windows and doors, they do a wonderful job. The staff are friendly and professional, especially Eric Chan, who call me after the service to ensure everything is o.k.
We have no hesitation to recommend their service to any of our friends.
