George is very responsive to come check the leaks on dishwasher. He found inlet seal was missing need to order. Unfortunately the supplier had no stock need to wait for 10days - 2 weeks to arrive. Upon receiving the parts. George called my tenant arranged to come in to fix the dishwasher. The tenant is very satisfied on the timeliness and update on service calls. All the work is done with precision and the turn around time is very short.....this adds value to my two bedroom plus Den condo to increase storage space. The installer is very professional and kept the place clean after installation. (Note: I called Marty at 1-416-616-1100 he responded same day. Came in took measurements a day later and they installed a week later with precision job) I am very happy it created lots of space in my condo to put things away. Highly recommended

Gordon did the front stone work for us between two neighbours. Excellent work and very reasonable rate. Includes material and labour. Gordon quoted the job and he decline deposit. He only wants me to pay material cost when Home Depot delivered the stone. I paid the labour cost when he finally completed the job. Due to weather condition. Gordon had to stop when it rained and come back another day when it is sunny again. He did an outstanding job for curb appeal.

I called Crown Windows and sent photo on the bracket. Immediately, Ms. Rosy from Hometech Windows called me. Rosy said you can come any time to get the part from us. Yesterday, I went to Hometech Windows at 384 Connie Cres, Unit 1 Concord, Ontario L4K 5W6. It was a great experience in customer service. Rosy showed me the window sample make sure is correct. She arrange technical specialist Errol to show me how to install. I bought the window mechanism as well, just in case need to replace. Today, I installed the bracket. Simple, just snap-in it's done in 5 minutes. I called Rosy top say I installed the bracket, don't need the mechanism. I wish to return. She said, no problem, just bring back and your money back. This is the best experience in customer service. From the dealer (Crown Windows and Doors) to manufacturer (Hometech Windows). The best business in customer service will get repeat business by words of mouth. I am posting in Facebook as well.

We replaced all nine windows 6 years ago by Crown Windows and Doors. Last month, I found the window crank handle worn out need to be replaced. I did not call ahead to check availability. I went to their Kennedy Road office. Eric remembered he came to my house to do quotation. I bought two handles. (One to replace the worn handle, the other one to keep as spares. Because it is one hour driving distance to go to Scarbourough from my house downtown.)

I called to book furnace maintenance for winter tune-up. The associate was very attentive and customer driven. She made the appointment on an instant and suggested to add air-conditioning maintenance contract as package with no cost increase but reduced rate in total cost. Outstanding service.

Kevon's Fix-All Handyman Service was referred to me from property manager of the condo management company. Because the inside window of the condo building is the responsibility of the owner. I called Kevon, explained the problem. He promptly arranged with the tenant to assess and provided estimated cost and timing when the parts arrived to fix it. We are very impressed with Kevon's service and prompt follow-up with the tenant to get the work done before the cold weather coming. I am impressed with the service when I called to get estimates. When the technician Jose came to installed the first toilet in basement. It was done carefully and I asked Anta to install three more toilets in the house. It was done right and I am impressed with Jose and Ru Lin workmanship and paying attention to quality and clean the bathroom. I recommend Anta Plumbing call them at 416-231-3331 the receptionist is very polite and courteous and helpful. She gave recommendation to buy the best Kohler toilets from Home Depot.
