Crown Windows & Doors

I bought 9 windows from Crown Windows and Doors in 2009 when Ontario government offered rebates on energy efficient program.

Last week, one of the window bracket was loose due to wear and tear. I called Crown Windows and sent photo on the bracket. Immediately, Ms. Rosy from Hometech Windows called me. Rosy said you can come any time to get the part from us.

Yesterday, I went to Hometech Windows at 384 Connie Cres, Unit 1
Concord, Ontario L4K 5W6. It was a great experience in customer service. Rosy showed me the window sample make sure is correct. She arrange technical specialist Errol to show me how to install. I bought the window mechanism as well, just in case need to replace.

Today, I installed the bracket. Simple, just snap-in it's done in 5 minutes. I called Rosy top say I installed the bracket, don't need the mechanism. I wish to return. She said, no problem, just bring back and your money back.

This is the best experience in customer service. From the dealer (Crown Windows and Doors) to manufacturer (Hometech Windows).
The best business in customer service will get repeat business by words of mouth. I am posting in Facebook as well.

2nd time dealing with Sales rep Eric Chan, first one was many years ago. Professional and understands our needs. Also has good efficient install crew who are quick and do a clean job.

Great service from Eric with followups to ensure product and installation satisfaction. Installers arrived on time and worked very efficiently. We love the miniblinds on the patio door! I would definitely recommend Crown to friends and family.

Sales and installers were friendly and jobs done nicely and clean up after work. For the door replacement, it went beyond my expectation by reconnecting the security alarm and door bell and confirmed working before leaving.

The installers came in early as schedule. All windows were done professionally and promptly. Eric and his team did follow up after the installation. Everything was completed as planned. Job well done!

We are very satisfied with the arrangement and installation of windows and patio door provided by Crown Windows & Doors. We placed the order by end of April and installation was done within the schedule. Not only did Eric provided his expert opinion and advise to us in accordance with our needs and current situation, he also provided a very thorough follow up throughout the entire process. This is very crucial to customers who are confident that we are in good hands. Mike, the installer, and his crew did a fabulous work. This guy knew what he was doing and we have a peace of mind and left the work with him while he exhibited his professional skill when removing all windows and replacing with new ones in 5 hours (7 windows + patio door + basement window), including cleaning up of debris and garbage from the site. We are very satisfied with the service provided by Crown Windows and Doors and would recommend this company to anyone who is looking for windows and doors replacement or installation without hesitation.

The job was completed quickly and beautifully. Eric, the Sales Manager who I think is also the principal owner, provided excellent communication. I was originally told that the crew would arrive between 4-5PM. Eric updated me around 2PM that the crew hit a snag in the current job and would arrive an hour or so later. The crew of 3 showed up before 6PM and finished the job in 2 hours. The crew was courteous and cleaned up the place after finishing the job. The quality of Crown windows is far better than the patio door that was replaced. The price of Crown windows was not much higher.

They provided a good service especially they came to our place to listen our questions and provided a professional opinions. It made us comfortable to trust them to work for our home Windows replacement project.

After some searching we decided on Crown Windows & Doors. They weren't the lowest cost but the windows in their showroom seemed to be well constructed and the timing was right. Our 1980's home still had all original windows, all of which were leaky and clouded over. Eric's team arrived on the day booked on time, and had all three levels of the house completed in under 7 hours. This included clean up inside and out. We purchased this home in November 2016 and after spending the winter here we quickly realized we had to do this or die of exposure.

Love our new windows! No drafts, no outside noise, we can actually see out the windows, and I have had to turn the furnace down!

We really love our new windows. It gives new look of our house and save more energy from Home Tech Plastic Windows. Thanks to Crown Windows and Doors owner, ERIC!!! He did give a fantastic idea which never think of. Me and my wife really do appreciate Eric opinion b4 install those new window.
