Crown sales representative was very friendly, considerate and helpful. When the Crown sales representative was aware that our patio doors were damaged due to the intent of break-in, he immediately arranged to have new patio doors installed in our property next day after we placed the order. The installer was neat, tidy and organized and our property was left in a clean and orderly state after installation. Crown sales representative attended at our property during installation and made follow-up phone call after installation to ensure new patio doors and their installation were to our satisfaction. Our new patio doors so far look good and we are very content with Crown services which are excellent and professional!

Eric, the owner, is extremely friendly and helpful. They installed a fibreglass front door for uslast month. We needed the door to be completed before my daughter's wedding. Eric expedited the process to ensure that the door was deliverd on time as well as accommodated our special design needs. The door looks absolutely amazing. We have received compliments from every friend who visited our house. I am very happy with the services provided by Eric and his installation team.

The installer are very professional. One is inside the house and one is outside. The old and new windows are not go through our house. They take out and install the windows through the window opening, thus will not make our house dirty. After the job, they cleaned the debris. I am totally satisfactory and will recommend Crown windows and doors to our friend.
