Nature Carpet Cleaning

I was told that cost to do my home would be apx $200.00 plus maybe a small additional cost for one small room. They ended up charging me an additional $105.00 and claimed additional hallway space where there was none. Charged me more for the additional room than first indicated. Also the tech left a mess in my bathroom that was left to me to clean. I would not recommend this Company.

Our request was to freshen up our large rec room and stairs since the carpet was new 6 years ago. We ensured the rec room was prepared for ease of completing the job in less then an hour and we also requested minimum moisture applied. The final result met all our expectations.

Recieved a phone call from Nature Carpet giving us a special for 2 rooms and a set of stairs. They came the next day, started off late, dripped water all over my floors and bathroom. We were assured all furniture would be moved for us so we didnt need to move it in advance. But the guy did not move beds, dressers or shelves. He did t even do under my daughters raised bed. Floors we soaking wet and needed fans to dry them.
I called to discuss the issue with the lady that scheduled us and she passed it on to her manager who told me that we were not told furniture would be moved as it was a one man crew. Would not recommend this company to anyone. And will not have them back in my house!

I paid 125.95 for a 89.99 (special) for 3 bedrooms and hallway - I was charged extra for an office (which is a built-in desk in the hallway) - charged for 8 stairs when we have 7. The fellow was in and out in less than 45 minutes - he spent less than 35 minutes shampooing - he was not happy that I did not want to scotchguard because he only makes 16.00/hr otherwise - he did around the beds and furniture and did not move one thing - the wall areas are all dry and still dirty and haven't been touched - he complained about the travel to my house - I said that he did not finish around walls and he said that I was not seeing the 'sprayed' area and that it was done - alll of this was still very dusty and dry to touch. I will not ever use nor recommend this company to anyone. I was told that this was a 'steam' clean when in fact they use shampooers and the carpets are still very wet! I am so tired of type of rip off -

I used this company eight months ago to tidy up my carpets when my baby was born. The technician at the time was wonderful, no complaints and friendly service. This past month however the technician that came to my house was terrible. My carpets were not well done, my wood floors had puddles, my kitchen cabinet broke off after the sink was used to refill the machine. I was solicited about a side job for vent cleaning, and in order to include a service that I had already been quoted on, the technician requested a tip on two occasions. I was left feeling very uncomfortable in my own home. The company itself I felt handled this poorly as they only offered to send another technician to redo the missed areas. I would not recommend this company at all.

I had this company in to clean my carpets. Although I asked when the appointment was booked if furniture was moved (and assured it was), none of the beds in my house were moved when the carpets were cleaned (even though my husband even offered to help). All of the beds are on wheels and even I can move them myself. The technician was in and out of my house in less time than it takes me to vacuum the house and the dampness of the carpet was inconsistent to say the least (it would go from soaking wet to bone dry in one step) which indicates to me a uniform job was not done.
I called to advise I was not satisfied with the job completed and was advised that someone would come out to do under the beds and remove any stains if there were any (for the record - my carpet had no stains to begin with we just wanted it freshened). When I advised I was concerned about a mold exposure due to the wetness of the carpet, I was advised there is no exposure and I was given quite incorrect information (keeping in mind it took over 9 hours with fans on the carpet to dry it). The conversation turned into a yelling match with the manager advising me he will not be coming out to look at my carpet and that if I want to be satisfied with it, I should take it up with the BBB.
All I want is for my carpets to be cleaned properly and get what I was advised I woudl get.

I am reluctant to use harsh chemicals to clean the carpet but having received a phone call from them one evening for a promotion and asking them about their product, I decided to try them out since they promote their environment friendly product that they also say is safe for kids and pets. We used them in our home prior to moving out to ensure the new tenants would have clean carpets and the guy did such a great job on the stains that i asked if we could ensure we got the promo special for the new house we were moving into. He made a call to the office and got us booked for the possession date and got us the great promo plus a deal for the stairs since we were giving them more business. I asked for his name and whether we could get him again (I believe it wasTrevor) but he said he had a job out of town that day but not to worry,they were all very good. He was right, the guy that did our new house was just as detailed to ensure all spots got out and every area was cleaned thoroughly. In fact, the owner even showed up to assist him at the end to ensure they weren't taking too long but that everything was done properly as to not rush the job. As you have read, I did already do business with them after my first experience and will continue to give them business and recommend them to others.
