Professional and down-to-earth. Treated the job with both urgency and care. I was very happy with the quality and final result. Good value for the money also. Would use again.

We had a playroom, bathroom, laundry and stairway drywalled and taped. Dan came in and offered us elegant solutions to several problems we had in our basement. He work hard and was on time in his work schedule. He is reliable and does beautiful work. We were lucky to have him.

Dan was great. My basement was a big job with lots of double drywall and pot lights. Dan quoted a price and stuck to it. When I asked for extra work to be done, on top of the original job, Dan was very reasonable in price. He is a very fair and honest. His workmanship was great. He was very courteous and respectful and got along with everyone in the family, including the family dog. I would highly recommend Dan.

I would highly recommend Dan to anyone looking to get work done. He is extremely knowledgeable, reliable and I couldn't be more happy with his work. I will definitely be using him again in the future.

We hired Dan to frame and drywall our basement. During our project there were a lot of unknowns because we lowered our basement and made changes to our original drawings. Dan was very patient through all of this. He asked lots of questions to ensure that we were always pleased with his work. Dan completed our project on time and on budget. He is careful, competent, skilled and hard working. Dan was a pleasure to have at our house and we look forward to having him back for future projects.

This review overdue by at least several months but better late than never! We had originally called Dan several years ago to give an estimate for our kitchen ceiling which had water damage and the entire thing had come crashing down. We weren’t able to go through with it at the time, but when we called him again recently, he honoured the original estimate that he had given several years ago and stuck to the quoted price even though the job ended up being a more complicated than he had thought. (He had to take down the existing drywall and insulation, remove it, clean up the space, and then replace insulation and drywall. He called in a mudder/finisher to help finish the ceiling as well. They both also added a couple extras to help my mother finish her ceiling properly). It is an older house and a small room. He worked quietly and efficiently. He was very polite and clear about what the job would involve. He was very meticulous about protecting our surfaces and home, and about removing all of the debris at the end of the work days, and then at the end of the job. He was communicative, letting us know which days he would be coming by and which days he would not be able to come. He actually had a family health emergency part way through the job, so had to postpone a couple times but was still very communicative throughout so we were never left in any doubt as to when he would be coming and when he would not be.

He was also very accommodating to my mother and really went beyond what he was originally brought in to do in order to help her get her kitchen ceiling finished the way she wanted.

His mudder Ed was also very professional and easy to work with. I can’t find a link here to him directly, but he was efficient, clear and very polite. He cleaned up after himself and also went above and beyond the job he was originally called to do.

We would highly recommend both Daniel and Ed, and their work, and we would absolutely call on them again for future jobs, when they come up.

Basement ceiling, stairwell and furnace separating wall needed complete coverage of fire-rated drywall. Dan and Ed did an excellent job. However, Dan told me that in order to obtain my invoice showing that I had paid in full I had to write a glowing review.

Dan and Ed drywalled and taped my living room, hallway plus a whole bunch of other stuff that we added as we went. Dan has an incredible eye for what would work best and he even took on framing out a closet and enlarging a few openings for us. He didn't want to halfass the job and I appreciate it. These guys were recommended by a friend of mine and they turned out to be awesome. Will not hesitate to hire them again. Highly recommended.
