We had a new range hood fan installed in our kitchen recently. The installer finished & left. The fan worked but our kitchen pot lights flickered on & off which they had never gone before. When we followed up with the installer he was not interested in coming back to fix the problem he created. So we called Kiya the most reliable & competent our electrician. We needed Kiya to come immediately because were listing our house for sale the following Monday. Kiya came on a Sunday for us. He immediately diagnosed the problem. The fan was not installed properly. He reinstalled it & we have not had a problem since. I also should mention that Kiya followed up with us the next day to make sure everything was working as it should. We will need all new electrical work done in our new home & Kiya will be the only electrician we call. I highly recommend him.

Blaron has done work for us several times over the past 2 years. He replaced the aluminum on our entire house including the eaves, soffits, fascia and downspouts. Blaron has also completed some smaller jobs for us including installing vinyl siding on our front porch, and flashing on our newly enclosed front porch. Blaron is reliable, professional and meticulous. His work is amazing, the material they use is of great quality and his pricing is fair. Having Paul and his crew at our house was a completely stress free experience. We hired Paul to take apart our existing front porch and rebuild an enclosed porch. The drawings that Paul had to work with were limited so he had to make decisions about what to do and not rely on our drawings. Paul communicated with us throughout the process as to what he thought would be best. When the City of Toronto inspector came to inspect the work he was so impressed by the workmanship. He actually told us that the framing and support for our addition exceeded his expectations. Paul is reliable, competent and his pricing is competitive. He met with us twice to discuss our project and followed through with everything as we discussed. In fact our final bill ended being a little less than estimated Seriously when does that happen? We are so thankful that Paul came to do this for us (not as big as his other jobs). Paul as his crew are wonderful and I highly recommend them for your framing needs. Kiya is a competent, reliable, honest and a hard working electrician. We were initially looking for an electrician to rewire our basement. After meeting with at least 6 electricians we decided to hire Kiya and we are so relieved that we did. We needed our electrical work to be done ASAP and thankfully Kiya was able to start the following day. He not only rewired our basement, lowered our electrical panel which was too high and at an illegal height, but he found knob and tube throughout our house and removed it all within a few days. Kiya honoured his initial estimate and just last week we received our Letter of Inspection from the ESA. Not only do we feel reassured that our house is wired properly and is safe, but we are also grateful that we now have an electrician that we call on if needed. Thank you Kiya!

We hired Dan to frame and drywall our basement. During our project there were a lot of unknowns because we lowered our basement and made changes to our original drawings. Dan was very patient through all of this. He asked lots of questions to ensure that we were always pleased with his work. Dan completed our project on time and on budget. He is careful, competent, skilled and hard working. Dan was a pleasure to have at our house and we look forward to having him back for future projects.

We were referred to Saverio from Cornerstone Waterproofing by our architect and we are so happy that we were. From our first meeting with Saverio we knew that he was honest, reliable, professional, knowledgeable and competent. The scope of our project included underpinning the entire perimeter of our basement, lowering it from 6ft to 8ft ceilings and all the other things that are involved when you lower your basement (sump pump, waste injector, interior waterproofing, new drains, concrete floor and a few extras that we asked for). Brian and Kyle (Saverio's crew) are so friendly, easy to be around and hard working. These guys are truly wonderful people (even several of our neighbours mentioned how great they were). For 6 weeks these guys came to our house on time, never complained about being in a dark and dirty basement and were so kind to our boys, playing catch with them on their lunch break and chatting about baseball. Brian & Kyle even gave each of our boys baseball caps on their last day of work which they love and wear all the time. The project finished on time and on budget and was completely stress free for us. Since they finished we have called Saverio several times to ask him questions and he is always happy to help us. We highly recommend Cornerstone Waterproofing and would definitely use them again if we needed to. By the way our boys keep talking about a snowball fight that they are going to have with Brian & Kyle??? Thanks again for everything!
