I asked Mike to inspect a townhouse I knew was in need of some repairs before deciding if it would be a project I would be willing to get into. Mike was able to show me all kinds of things that were in need of correction that I would not have known the extent of without him and saved me from getting stuck with a money pit.

My fiancé and I bought our first home, so of course we had numerous questions and concerns since this was our first major investment.
Mike was more than helpful, answering all of our questions and easing our minds with such a thorough inspection. He explained everything as we went through the house and was methodical with the inspection.

Mike was terrific - he was thorough, professional and helpful. He is willing to answer any questions, so don't worry if you don't know much about houses! He also has a good sense of humour - so that really helps with the process! His report is extremely thorough and provides lots of additional resources.

I first hired Mike to do a 30 day warranty inspection for my new townhouse property last year. I was 10 minutes late for the appointment but Mike waited patiently for me and once he started the inspection, he was meticulous and thorough.
