Mike was recommend from a friend , and I'm glad I used his services. He arrived on time and did a very thorough inspection, places I didn't except to even notice. His report was great knowledge for me to obtain since I'm am starting to do my own renovations. Being our first home purchase, there was some anxiety and a lot of questions to be answered. We hired Mike from a recommendation and we were 100% satisfied with the process, beginning to end. He was extremely thorough, showed up early, and had an answer for all of our questions and concerns. If I ever need a home inspection done, Heeley Home Inspection will be my choice.

Mike was very accommodating, his hours are great for scheduling around work hours, and he was able to get back to us quickly on booking in a short period of time. Mike is friendly and knowledgeable, he really takes the time to go over as many details about the house as possible with you, he is very thorough! He is open to discuss questions throughout the inspection, and after. We decided not to make an offer on the house, the inspection revealed some costly issues we were not aware of on top of the ones we already knew about. We are glad we had the inspection done!! We learned a lot from Mike, we will definitely be booking him again in the near future as we continue our house search.

This was the second time I hired Mike to perform a home inspection and I am glad I did. He took 3-4 hours with me and thoroughly checked everything possible. I was even a little worried about the time he spent in the attic considering it was 40 degrees outside.

Mike is reliable, on-time, friendly, honest, and provides a summary within hours of finishing the inspection.

We were very pleased with the work Mike did for us. He didn't hesitate to get dirty and crawl thru cobwebs to do his assessment.

Mike worked fast but efficiently and was fantastic at giving a running commentary as he worked and took the time to answer all questions that I asked. He was up-front regarding the issues that he discovered with the home, including any recommendations and cost estimates that he was qualified to give.

It's also worth mentioning that he seemed to be unafraid of getting dirty and reaching into unappealing spaces.

The inspection report was received in a timely manner and contained everything that was discussed during the inspection, as well as several other helpful pieces of information.
