We were very happy with Mike and would recommend him to anybody looking for these kind of services. He was very friendly and personable. He did a thorough job of inspecting all facets of our newly bought property and gave us pointers and good advice. We also got a written report on the same day (a Sunday!). It gives us peace of mind to know that we are moving into a property for our retirement that is in good shape.

Heeley Home Inspections was well priced and was very flexible with scheduling an inspection with short notice. Mike was very professional and thorough, yet took the time to explain everything to us. Mike had a very pleasant and comical demeanor and made sure to answer all of the questions we had. Chose to use Heeley Home Inspections based on great reviews on home stars. This was for a potential investment property located in another town from where we live. I am beyond impressed. We drove out to join Mike during the inspection. He was very thorough, took his time and went over everything with us. In the end he found some pretty big issues that we would not have found ourselves. This resulted in us backing out of the deal and saving us future headaches and money. Choosing Mike was money definitely well spent. I will 100% be using him again, as we continue the hunt for an investment property.

We recently hired Mike to do an inspection on a home we were buying. The home was built in the mid 50's and was very well cared for but we wanted to be sure we knew what we were buying.

Mike's inspection was very thorough and during the inspection uncovered three issues that need to be addressed.

His summary report is filled with images that he has taken of the home. He then compares these images to what the current building codes are and recommends repairs that are needed to make the home safe and functional
