This was the second time I hired Mike to perform a home inspection and I am glad I did. He took 3-4 hours with me and thoroughly checked everything possible. I was even a little worried about the time he spent in the attic considering it was 40 degrees outside. Mike is reliable, on-time, friendly, honest, and provides a summary within hours of finishing the inspection. Will hire again should I need another inspection.
