We almost didn't have an inspection, ad the house is quite new and looked fine. The inspection revealed many significant problems, some potentially serious. The inspection, which was excellent, has saved us a lot of unnecessary expenses. We are very happy we had it done, although disappointed that we had to walk away from a house we really wanted.
