We hired Mike to do a pre-inspection on a property in Guelph, on a recommendation from our realtor. He was flexible timewise which helped us coming in from Toronto. As far as I can tell, he did an amazingly thorough job: he answered all my questions, recommended reasonable courses of action for the problems he found, and sent a comprehensive illustrated report that evening by email. Unequivocal recommendation, and would be happy to hire him again.

I couldn't get anybody to return my calls about repairing a hole a plumber had made in my ceiling to fix a leaking pipe. Charlie dropped by right away to look at the problem and arranged to make the repair on his day off - within a week of my phone call. He was polite and professional. The work was done well and priced reasonably. I will definitely call him again.

They came immediately, did some exploratory cutting, and found that the reason the first floor apartment ceiling was caving in was a pinhole leak in the upstairs sink. Welding in the repair was prompt and came in at exactly the price quoted. The two who came (on different days) were both extremely kind and helpful.
