Mike was very thorough and great to work with. He was very detailed as he went through the home inspection, and we received the report within a few hours. I would highly recommend for anyone needing a home inspection.

Mike was extremely knowledgeable about standards and codes inside and outside of the home (very important given the location was a Century home). He took his time answering our questions, and we did not feel rushed. The inspection report that he provided us with exceeded our expectations. The report was completely comprehensive, containing pictures of specific home deficiencies as well as their implications. We were blown away by the detail and the time put into creating such an extensive document.

I hired Mike to inspect a townhouse before purchasing. He did a great job and it led to my getting a price reduction on the property.
However did not purchase due to other problems. Put an offer in on the property across the street and called Mike again to do a mini inspection ( no outdoor, just plumbing and attic) which he did for a reduced price.
His reports are concise and accompanied with photos and illustrations.
My experience was absolutely positive.
