I hired Mike to inspect a townhouse before purchasing. He did a great job and it led to my getting a price reduction on the property. However did not purchase due to other problems. Put an offer in on the property across the street and called Mike again to do a mini inspection ( no outdoor, just plumbing and attic) which he did for a reduced price. His reports are concise and accompanied with photos and illustrations. My experience was absolutely positive. Mike is a friendly, knowlegeable young man and is able to express in "layman's" terms.
