The inspector really knew what he was talking about. Ask yourself do you want a home inspector that brings just a ladder and a flash light or do you want a home inspector that brings all the right tools to determine if your huge investment you are about to make may have any hidden surprises along the way! Very professional, cannot say enough good things, as a first time buyer the process was simple to understand and walked me through the whole house showing points a long the way. Would 100% recommend!
