Mike was very knowledgeable and thorough throughout the whole home inspection. He even helped us out with his expert opinion even after the inspection. If we were unsure about anything, we could just send him the report or pictures and he would get back to us in a timely manner with his suggestions. I would definitely recommend him.

Mike inspected our new home for us and was extremely thorough, knowledgeable and his report gave us plenty to discuss with the sellers. He was very fair and gave a broad report from things we should get done right away (i.e. a new roof) and things that were superficial and could wait (but were worth noting nonetheless). His approach and attention detail gave us a lot of confidence. On top of that, his pricing was very reasonable. Would highly recommend.

Awesome service on short notice. Mike spent quality time, showing me the details of our new home, while performing all the required duties. He even picked up on a major flaw, which could have caused a serious health issue, which was in place since the house was built. Mike did a fantastic job for us. I contacted him on a Thursday and we were able to work out an appointment that worked for us. He was early and already had began our inspection before the rain cut the outside work short. He was thorough and knowledgeable on what he was looking for us, and impressed me with his knowledge of building and electrical codes. Based on his findings we were able to make a decision that was best for our family in the long run.
