Heeley Home Inspections

We had Heeley Home Inspections inspect our new addition and he was very thorough. We've had other home inspections done before at other houses, and none have been as knowledgeable and helpful. He answered our questions and explained the issues he found. We were able to go back to our builder to have a few problems / omissions fixed so we're very glad we hired Heeley Home Inspections. Well worth the money for the piece of mind alone!

Our real estate agent recommended Mike to us. On the day of inspection, we were extremely impressed with Mike’s work ethic and expertise. Mike arrived half an hour early on site before our scheduled time to check around the house. He went through countless details in the house and gave us several quick ‘tutorials’ on how to do simple maintenance after we told him we ‘are not very handy’. We received his professional inspection report couple hours later, and he has been very responsive to our further questions even after the inspection. We would not hesitate to use Mike’s service again and will be recommending him to our families and friends.

Mike Heeley came out to belp us make an important decision again after saving us from a horrible buy in an earlier house search. Being a licensed trades person i could see many things i would need to address but his expertise and thoroughness brought some other items to light. Extremely satisfied with Mike's attention to detail and ability to communicate what he was finding and the "so what/ do what". After I left the inspection I felt I had a solid awareness of the overall state of the home, and the follow up report was easy to read and navigate. Heeley Home Inspections was wonderful! Mike was flexible - available to inspect our potential home at a moments notice. During the inspection mike was professional, personable and thorough. Clearly an expert, Mike was able to easily identify areas of the home that needed improvements/attention, and was able to explain the issues in a way that was easy for us to understand. Mike also provided us with helpful tips and advice about the home, that we will be certain to apply going forward. The inspection report was returned in a timely fashion, and was clear and thourough.
