We had a few reservations when considering the purchase of an older home in Elora. The previous owners had made a number of changes to the home, including a few structural alterations. Mike discussed the pros/cons of the home, which really made us more aware of our potential purchase. Mike arrived when he was supposed to and was very timely with his report. Mike did a thorough inspection of the home we are in the process of purchasing. He was very professional and took the time to explain things in layman's terms. Mike did a great job in his inspection of our home. He came early for an inspection for our 30 day Tarion application. He had come out explaining a few issues with our home and did even went over and above to explain what kind of maintenance we need for each item. He had also pointed out what the builder had done well on.
Before we had some misgivings with how our builder had handled the home, but now we have some very positive feelings as well due to what he had explained. Hopefully it all works out in our 30 day report, but we are certainly impressed with how well Mike Heeley did his inspection. Thank you for the very informative report and information.
