Mike has completed two home inspections with us. In both cases, he was very helpful in identifying minor and major problem areas as well as providing helpful contacts and advice on how to solve issues with a home we are purchasing. I would recommend him for a home inspections.

Armond from Reliance (team member #1624) did a great job inspecting and servicing our furnace, hot water heater and air conditioning unit. Unfortunately, our furnace had a cracked heat exchanger which requires the units replacement but Armond provided helpful advice along the way.

Mike did a thorough job inspecting a home we were considering purchasing. I view his approach as a detective, identifying as many of the issues as he can while respecting the clients time. He identified a number of really interesting issues with his state of the art equipment and we felt very satisfied with the home inspection, so much so that we are now considering using his services for our own home to help us identify any issues we should solve!
