Not only does he take the time to explain his findings as he goes through the house with you, he provides recommendations and improvement ideas as well. He'll patiently answer all your questions and provide you with a detailed report. Mike stands by his work. I've called him with questions even months after the inspection, he's always extremely helpful. For that alone, his service is worth every penny.
