Dan and Aaron did a great job installing our new hot water heater. They arrived on time and had the installation completed in just over two hours. A job well done!

Service Experts continue to provide excellent Service. Technicians are very competent, friendly and arrive at the designated service time. Would have no reservations in recommending them as the heating and A/C company in the area.

My tenant called me on a Saturday and said they had no hot water. I called Service Experts in St. Catharines and they were able to come out and diagnose the issue within a few hours. I could fix the existing hot water heater, but it was 10 yrs old and the cost of the parts/labour needed was significant. I decided to replace the unit.

The team that came out was very professional and courteous and the tenants told me so.

Niagara Service Experts (St. Catharines) came in do their yearly maintenance and found that we needed a new furnace. Jim came in and sat down with us and made some recommendations for new furnaces and air conditioning for our church. We chose a furnace and air conditioner and Chris and Shane came in and installed the new furnace. These three men were very helpful and have a vast knowledge of furnaces and air conditioners. They are very friendly and very professional . Jim, Shane and Chris are a very big asset to Service Experts. I would recommend Service Experts to anyone who is tired of high pressure sales tactics or being taking advantage of, to call theses professionals.

We talked to our friend Glen about purchasing a new furnace, new air conditioner unit and having our duct work cleaned. We like the Lennox brand. Glen gave us several product choices and different payment plan. We went with Glen's best recommendation.
Matt came to clean our duct work on January 31st. He was very professional, kind and friendly. He performed his job well and his cleanup was exceptional. Chris and Shane came on February 1st to install our new furnace and air conditioner. They were also very professional, polite and friendly. They worked well together and seem to enjoy job and their cleanup was also exceptional. We are very pleased with these young men.

Being in a dire situation without a furnace for the winter, we consulted ServiceExperts who went beyond their call of duty to help us. We received advice and support from beginning to the end. Every little question was answered in detail, ensuring that we understood all. Thank you again for everything! Today, we have a good quality unit in place and a monthly gas bill we "like" receiving!
