Marc is friendly, professional and proud to offer great service and a great final product. He kept the lines of communication open throughout the project and followed through with everything we had agreed on. He expertly worked with our challenging space as we had issues with drainage and grading. This guy knows what he is doing and we would recommend him to anyone.

When we decided to replace our old landing and steps, Marc was the obvious choice for contractor as he has done so much work in our neighbourhood over the years. Marc removed our old landing and steps, and installed a new landing and steps made with interlocking stone. He also installed rocks in our front garden and excavated the surrounding area for me while he was at it. Marc is very meticulous and takes pride in his work. He keeps the work site clean and tidy. He kept us up-to-date and consulted us along the way. We're so pleased with our beautiful new steps!

After having my outdoor space ruined by another landscaper & getting incomplete estimates form other contractors, Marc was a blessing. He was professional, punctual, through & curtious. His work area was always clean & his work was top notch. I wish their were more like him. Thanks for giving me my outdoor space back.

Marc removed porch steps and walkway, levelled the slope and put new steps and walkway on front of my home. He also removed overgrown bushes, dug out weeds, put in new soil, sod where needed and mulch in garden area to spruce up front of house. Marc also cleared backyard of overgrown bushes in the backyard. I especially appreciated that Marc phoned to let me know when he would be arriving and kept his word. He worked very hard until the job was complete and left me instructions on how to water the sod and plants he put in for me. He telephoned me the next day to ensure I knew how and when to water the sod. I have recommended Marc to friends with confidence that he would give a fair quote. I am extremely pleased with the work Marc completed at my home. Excellent!!!

My wife and I had the ugliest front yard on our street in the Davisville Village area. 3 years ago, as a DIY project, we tried unsuccessfully and with great embarrassment to make a zen garden. Then, 2 years ago we undertook another DIY project and removed the pea gravel and laid out sod... the sod died the following year. So we decided to call in the experts.

I spoke with some neighbours and went on-line to find a landscaper. I received quotes and interviewed 1/2 dozen candidates. My wife and I really liked Marc from the very beginning. He understood exactly what we wanted (a low maintenance front yard) and was flexible in his pricing as well (we appreciated this as we had some unexpected expenses in our backyard with a tree needing to be removed). I can say that within 5 days of signing back his proposal, the job was completed.

Our front yard is 20'x30'. Marc removed the existing sod and weeds. He excavated and removed 6-12 inches of the old soil (removing more weeds, pea gravel, stones, grubs, etc...) and replaced it with top soil. We had previously discussed some low maintenance shrubs and plants that he planted knowing that they would reach maturity in the next year or so. He put on a nice layer of mulch and tada! All this was done in 3 days.

Honestly, it was a pleasure having a real professional take care of our lawn and we'll definitely be using him again when we landscape our backyard. I would highly recommend his services to anyone.

After a tree removal by another company, Marc visited to assess the requirements of the job of removing large raised gardenbeds, left-over roots, levelling the front yard and laying sod to finish it. He promptly provided a written estimate on the same day.

Marc arrived early on the agreed-upon day, ready to get to work. It was heavy labour to remove countless wheelbarrows of soil, all pushed up to his truck for disposal, and to remove left-over roots of 30 year old trees and shrubs. Once the ground was levelled and carefully prepared, he laid the new sod and provided advice on how to care for the new grass. He also helped us finish another area of the yard and then cleaned up the site of all debris.

Marc was very friendly, accommodating and pleasant to deal with. He finished the 2 day job to our complete satisfaction.

Previously, we had hired Marc to remove and relay a stone walkway, and in 2010 Marc had built two 5 ft high retaining walls for a basement entrace after removing the crumbling brick walls. On each job, Marc provided the highest quality of work, at a reasonable price.
