Basement Renovation review in Old Toronto

I recently worked with Payam and Mahsa on a top-to-bottom renovation of my condo following significant flooding, and I couldnt be happier with the results. What started as a stressful situation was made so much easier thanks to their professionalism and organization. They managed the entire process seamlessly, from planning through construction, and the finished space looks modern, clean, and brightexactly as I had envisioned. I highly recommend them for any renovation project!

I offer my highest recommendation for Caspian Development Group. In response to my HomeStars posting, I received six responses for our smaller project. Caspian quoted mid-range (some quoted lower, some quoted higher). We decided to go with Caspian because they were the only company that came to our home to view the job. It is very helpful when you meet the contractor, and they tell you what they will do to solve your issue and you have an opportunity to ask questions. This made all the difference in the world. When we met Payam we had the sense that he was an honest businessman who wanted to do a good job for his clients.

Payam went out of his way to ensure that we were satisfied with his job. He started and finished the job when he said he would. His bill came in exactly as quoted.

We were so pleased with Payam and the Caspian Development Group that we have asked them to quote on another project. It is without hesitation that I recommend Caspian Development Group.

Backyard Projects

We are so very pleased with all of the work done in our backyard by the team at Caspian Development Group! They were prompt, incredibly helpful, had great suggestions and solutions and answered all questions with thoughtful and insightful guidance. They provided a detailed quote with each mini project broken out and were easily able to complete the 3 smaller projects in 2 days. They worked through some plot twists with our deck replacement and ensured it was safe and sound for our family to use moving forward. They removed an invasive plant from our backyard and garage and ensured everything was cleaned up nicely afterwards. They also helped to solution a gate in our fence for easier access to the backyard which is very helpful now! Their pricing was very reasonable, they were great at communicating any additional elements that were out of scope, worked through hot and rainy days with dedication and professionalism. I look forward to working with them again for future projects and would highly recommend their services! Big shout out and jobs well done to Payam and Mahsa!!

Front Porch Demolish and Rebuild

Payam and his team did an amazing job on the project. This was their second project with us and we were not disappointed. The workmanship and quality was great. The porch not only needed to be resurfaced but all the foundation had to be taken out and rebuilt. The Caspian team did very high quality work that will likely outlast us I am sure!
Would not hesitate to work with Payam and his team again in the future.
