Metro Plumbing & Drains

Called Metro for the second time. I needed to have 3 faucets installed in the bathrooms. The same service man came. He gave me the price and got to work. As last time, was very friendly, knowledgeable, and quick. He was done before I expected him to, and was even ok to follow behind my car to the bank as I didn’t have the money on me. I am once again extremely satisfied with the staff and the repair itself.

I would just like to share my great experience with Metro plumbing and Drains. Yesterday, I had it with my clogged washroom shower. It was always taking a long time to drain, smelt bad, backed up sometimes and made strange noises. I even tried the self drain cleaner (which sucks by the way). I cold
called Metro and asked them how much it would be to clear my drain. The person on the phone offered that I get an estimate for free and have a guaranteed price. I agreed and that same day a plumber was at my door. He came in, looked at my drain, and told me the price right there on the spot. I agreed, since it was not really expensive, and he went back to his truck to grab some tools. About an hour later he was done, and gone. I was very pleased because it was very fast, with no issues or complications, I was informed of everything and loved the experience. Thank You for everything MP.

This is a second time I have used the service, which should speak for itself. Vadim was an ace at fixing a clogged toilet and he demonstrated the same skill in unclogging the kitchen sink.

We had a heavy leak from the living room ceiling. The water had to be turned off. The first companies I called could not come out for at least 24 hours. Metro was out within 3 hours of calling. Vadym was exceptional. He was able to diagnose the problem quickly and have the repairs done expertly and without any mess. He explained everything he was doing as he progressed. He advised us in advance of what the charges would be. We would highly recommend him and Metro Plumbing.

Last month, my son noticed that every time anyone flushed the toilet in our house, the basement floor drain would overflow, with you know what. So I called Metro because they offered free camera inspections, and a free estimate. The tech who came (Andrei) was very interested in the problem. He said that he knew what It probably was but wanted to check. So he pulled out his tools and snaked the drain, and used the camera as well. He said that there were roots in the drain and that he would have someone come and dig up the damaged pipe and changed it. I loved everything, very professional, and knowledgeable. I was very pleased with the service provided by Vadym. He was extremely professional, courteous, and experienced. He recognized the problem immediately, explained the procedure to correct it, and completed the work in a timely matter.

I had on two occasions called this company with a drain problem. On both occasions they were able to attend to my problem within hours (as they had indicated). The servicemen on both occasions were knowledgeable & had the job done quickly. Also provided helpful advise. I will certainly call them again if I have other drain or plumbing needs.

The plumber arrived promptly and wore "slippers"in the house.After reviewing each task, I was advised of a set price.
All replacement parts were readily available in his truck allowing for the work to be completed in an appropriate time.
