Metro Plumbing & Drains

Arrived home on a Saturday morning to find a serious flood in our kitchen and downstairs hallway. Turned off the main water supply and googled emergency plumbing on the internet. Called Metro Plumbing to diagnose and find the problem which we thought was caused by a frozen water pipe in an outside kitchen wall, but we could not tell exactly where the breakage was.

Vadym arrived an hour later exactly on schedule and very quickly isolated the problem which was a broken fitting in our dishwasher. He turned off the cutoff valve to the dishwasher and our main water supply was restored less than 15 minutes after he arrived. It seemed very simple and it was, when you know what you are doing and what to look for.

We had been very concerned that walls and/or ceramics would have to be ripped out to find the pipe. Vadym was knowledgeable, helpful and professional, he was quick and his fee reasonable.

Would definitely use Metro Plumbing again and recommend them to others....
