I was deeply impressed by his passion for work, his communication ability and his professionalism. He patiently answered my questions and explained my concerns on the site. During the tour around and inside the house after his inspection, he explained all the issues he found about the house. Afterwards, he promptly emailed me a well presented report with photos which not only included the issues and the problems of the house, but also offered recommendations to address them.
