Had this place install a new 60,000 btu York furnace on a Vancouver special replacing an old Lennox. Bill was very professional and installed it within a few hours. I chose him because the price can't be beat. This is because York I more well known in eastern Canada and other n the United states. York brand is very reputable. Search the name on Google and you will know what I mean. I saved a lot with York than with a Lennox or trade brand.

Our gutters were clogged in our brand new three level 5000 sqft home with steep pitched roofs after a big wind storm. Despite them being busy, they were able to drop by for two hrs the same day and cleaned every inch of the gutters by hand with a sponge and impose of the garbage off site. I checked all gutters after the work was completed an he stood by his quality work. I was impressed because the previous by I hired didn't do a thorough job and just threw the garbage on my lawn.

Found Bob for kitchen remodel on craigslist and decided to give him a try dispite now reviews found on him. He has his own kitchen cabinet manufacturing company and was able to get the shaker style kitchen cabinets for cheap. He also did quality tile backsplash and flooring, countertops and pot lights for my rental basement. His price was good and he has lots of references which cecked out great.

This place is great for quality home building supplies at great prices. The place is quite organized and has everything from kitchen, bath, flooring supplies. I got a great deal on a s/s 680 cfm range hood fan for $200!! I also got some brushed steel cabinet handles and knobs at half the price outside. I love this place. I recommend anyone to check this place out. Their customer service is also great too if you can find someone. This place is busy too as my contractor gets supplies from her too.
