Yes, at times a number of issues come up that may be costly. I was happy to hear that you were given a credit to fix these things. Better to know what you are walking into before buying your home. Although my intention is certainly not to "find" ways for buyers to get money back, it is nice to see that my clients are pleased with my effort.
