Repeat customer here. Atiar came out to diagnose a dishwasher that did not start. He arrived quickly and on time, and provided an honest diagnosis with several options. 10/10 would recommend.

Well let's talk about honesty and true workmanship. I was quoted by another "guy" that i needed to spend $300 plus parts as i needed a new circuit board. High Tech arrived on time, worked efficiently and were extremely helpful on several occasions with repair services to a dryer and a wall oven. They have earned my loyalty with excellent service and I will call them again with any future problems with my appliances.

I called Hightech Appliance because my stove was not working and a technician came within an hour and diagnosed very quick and fixed my stove instantly. This relieved a lot because I did not have any other means to make dinner. Some companies will be arranging appointment in two days. The technician was very nice and had a very conversation with him during repairs. I recommend this company because you do not need any appointment to get your problem fixed. This is very amazing.

I had never used home stars but my washing machine forced the issue. High Tech had a lot of good reviews so I called to a leave a message on 9:30 on a Saturday night and they picked up. After a brief chat about the age of the machine etc, we made an appointment for the next day. Sunday the day of the world cup final! I would not have left my house.
He called on his way to my home, showed up on time and had diagnosed my problem in about three minutes. It was a switch rather than a timer so it was less expensive than I would have guessed. He had the part in his car and was in and out in maybe 30 minutes.
He had a look at my dishwasher that is not working well and told me that to fix it was a case of throwing good money after bad. He would install a new one for a fair price. So in less than 24 hours all was fixed and I will call next time should I have another problem

My dryer broke down and I was having trouble finding someone to come on a weekend to repair. Luckily, I found High Tech Appliance Repair! Atair even called me 15 mins before our appointment to let me know he was on his way and would be there on time. He quickly diagnosed the problem, luckily had the necessary part for my Samsung dryer, and I was doing laundry 45 mins later. Great work, great price, great guy!

Shortly after moving into my new house, the 2012 GE washing machine that came with the property was making a lot of noise and eventually just stopped mid-spin cycle. It was a Saturday and I was in a bit of panic to get someone in on the weekend.

I called High Tech and Atiar said he could come the next day (Sunday) and gave me a 2-hour window so I wasn't waiting around all day.

The problem was that the machine was unbalanced, but Atiar took his time to take it apart, check everything and make sure it was balanced and did a "test load" to make sure it was working before he left. Atiar was professional, courteous and knowledgeable and didn't try to do more than necessary to try to inflate his fee for the service call.

I was so satisfied with his work that I have since referred him to friends who needed a dishwasher and dryer repair - they were also very happy with his work and the timeliness in which he responds to service calls - I would highly recommend him and would definitely call again if I needed any other appliances serviced.

My dishwasher started giving me problems. It seemed as the it was not draining properly. The dishwasher is covered by an extended warranty. I called 3 recommended companies and the earliest one could come in 5 days. I called High Tech Appliance Service and Atiar said he could come the next day, which was a Saturday.
He did a very thorough check and showed me how to troubleshoot the draining. He couldn't find anything wrong and so, he didn't charge me. He told me to call him anytime, if the dishwasher started giving me trouble again (which it hasn't).
While he was at my home, I asked him to look at my oven, which never heated up properly. He looked at it and diagnosed a problem with the igniter. I asked him to replace it, thinking he would have to come back another day because he wouldn't have the part. To my surprise, he told me he had the part and he could fix the oven immediately. My oven has never worked better.
Atiar was absolutely excellent. He was knowledgable and the customer service was phenomenal. I will be calling him for all my appliance repair needs. I wholeheartedly recommend him.

I thought my fridge had broken and called Hightech Appliance service. Atiar arranged to come over within a few hours and I was most grateful as I was worried the food would spoil. As it turned out, food from the freezer compartment had jammed and dislodged the 'on' button so it simply needed to be adjusted. Atiar could have just left but he went over and beyond to make sure the 'house-call' was productive. He moved the fridge and checked the back thoroughly, cleaned the vents at the back and generally inspected everything to make certain all was well. He was polite, efficient and very helpful and his charge was more than reasonable. I highly recommend his company and will definitely call him again for appliance service!

High Tech Appliance Service. I had an issue with my dishwasher or so I thought. The technician guaranteed the work and returned 3x - the last 2x free of charge when I placed a call thinking it was serviced properly. The end result is that there is an issue with the refrigerator. I would highly recommend and use the services of this company.....
