High Tech Appliance Service

On Friday evening while preparing to have a large number of guests for the weekend I realised my dishwasher was not working. I went on the Homestars website and found High Tech Appliance service and contacted them. I asked if there was any way to come in the early afternoon on Saturday and they did arriving at 1pm. My dishwasher was fixed by 2pm. Very polite and great service!

My Kenmore Washer would not start and gave a beeping sound. I looked at HomeStars.com and found High Tech Appliance. Atiar listened to my issue and told me my door was the issue and it was closing correctly. He came over the next day and fixed in the issue in the matter of minutes. The guy is knowledgeable and sticks to his word.

Excellent service. I was having problems with my fridge, called Mr. Rahman and he showed up the same evening, repaired the fridge in about 30mins. He saved all my groceries from going bad! Very pleasant man, works very hard!

Woke up to a leaking washing machine on a Saturday morning. I contacted High Tech because I noted they were available to repair on weekends, unlike some of the other companies I had investigated. We agreed on a same day visit. Earlier than expected the guys called me to let me know they were available. They arrived, diagnosed the problem quickly, and gave me two options for repair. They quoted me the price up front, which I appreciated. They were quick, friendly and efficient. I couldn't ask anything more and highly recommend them.

My 14 year old Whirlpool washing machine wasn't draining. Not wanting to live in a disposable society where one runs out to get a new appliance, I looked for someone to repair it. A quick Google search and a review of home stars led to a few phone calls to different companies. I was impressed with Atiar at High Tech Appliance right away. An appointment was scheduled for later the same day, he arrived early (awesome), quoted me a fair price, and fixed my washing machine within 20 minutes. Perfect! The service provided was excellent - efficient, respectful, and reasonably priced. Unlike others I called, one of which didn't bother to return my call and the other whose service call charge equalled what I paid in full for the repair, High Tech Appliance was professional, and respectful of me. I am very happy with High Tech and will definitely call again for any future repairs. So glad to be doing laundry again!

Our Capital gas range needed a new igniter . I called Atiar & gave him brand and model #, he came the same afternoon with the part and repaired it within an hour. He was at my place last year to repair my Dishwasher and beacuse of his prompt & professional service, I decided to keep his bussiness card for future repairs. Atiar was polite, friendly, efficient, professional. I highly recommend High Tech Appliance Service.

Very prompt response to request for service. In fact called back to ask if could come earlier than the appointment. When was the last time you heard that?
Obviously knew his stuff inside out. Figured out the problem quickly and fixed it within an hour. Very professional and highly recommended. A pleasure to find people like this who know their stuff inside out.

Altiar, the owner of Hightech Appliance Service, repaired my washing machine on a Saturday at 6:00 p.m. He fixed one problem and told me the price. Then, he discovered another problem, and spent another hour or so to fix that without charging me extra, not even for the part. You can't find better service than that! Thank you so much, Atiar!

Within 30 minutes, the gentlemen came over to our house and immediately noticed that the ignitor switch for our oven had expired. Atiar repaired our oven and in an hour he completed the job and the oven is working perfectly. He was professional, prompt, and had a thorough understanding of the appliance and we will call the company (High Tech) back for routine maintenance and servicing. Whirlpool Washing machine suddenly failed, and upon googling it I realized it was the drain pump. I called High Tech Appliance Service from this site and great rating; They certainly did not disappoint. The Gentleman was very professional and went out of his way to come the same day as per my request. He fixed the washer very quickly and took the extra effort to protect my floor from any water spills and made no mess. I was so pleased by his pleasant demeanour and professionalism I will be recommending him to all my friends and real estate clients. :)
