A friend of mine recommended Detailed Maids. Petra and her team (the two Patricias) were amazing. She answered all my questions honestly before we started and was so accessible. Detailed Maids did thorough cleaning of my home. My home has never looked so good. I was impressed by the team's punctuality, their cleaning and the products they used. The team was extremely hard working and polite. It was the first time that I did not have to provide detailed instructions on what needed to be cleaned. They are more expensive but Detailed Maids was worth every penny. My whole family noticed how the house was sparkling. I will definitely be calling them again. I wholeheartedly recommend this company.

I have been using Cosmopolitan Mechanical Services for a number of years now. They have always been absolutely fantastic. Kevin has always accommodated my hectic schedule and I always request that Dave come to service my air conditioner and furnace because he is fantastic. I noticed my furnace was not working. I called Cosmopolitan and Dave was sent out to run a diagnostic on the furnace. Unfortunately, the furnace had to be replaced. Based on my own prior experiences with Cosmopolitan, I had no doubt I was going to use this company to replace the furnace. Dave and Kevin discussed the possible model options. They offered me a good price for the Lennox furnace i chose. Dave recommended that Todd and Kyle be the team that install the new furnace. His advice was fantastic. Todd and Kyle were phenomenal. They arrived 45 minutes early. They laid out mats everywhere to limit the mess. They were so focused and efficient. Todd found that some of the connections were not done properly when the original furnace was installed, which he corrected. Kyle also performed TSSA-required pressure test. My home has never been heated so well. Todd and Kyle did a great job and cleaned everything up before leaving. I wholeheartedly recommend Cosmopolitan for any furnace or air conditioning issues.

We had been living with the worst possible potlights in the world. We were constantly changing bulbs. I called RLC Electric and Ralph called back within two hours. He came for an estimate the same day with his partner, Tony. I was very impressed by their knowledge and honesty. Above all, Ralph was not pushy, at all. I decided I would definitely use RLC Electric to install the potlights. I found Ralph to be extremely accommodating. We had been living with the terrible old potlights, so I wasn't in a huge rush, in case Ralph was already booked up. We decided on a date for installation. To my surprise, Ralph texted me the next morning (a Saturday) to see if it was possible to install the potlights. We could not be happier. Ralph and Tony were punctual and efficient. We had LED potlights installed and are so happy with the results. Their price was very reasonable and they stand behind their work. Ralph even texted me the next day to follow up. I would wholehearted recommend RLC Electric to anyone and will definitely be using this company for any electrical issues that come up in the future. I cannot thank Ralph and Tony enough.

This review is long overdue. Last year, the lock on my communal mailbox broke. I called Tom on a Saturday morning to see when he could come fix the lock. He asked me if I would be home in the next hour because he was free and it would be better to get it done sooner or later. Tom called me an hour later, asking me to come outside He had already fixed the lock and was waiting to give me the new key. I was so impressed by his customer service and punctuality. I wholeheartedly recommend Victory Locks Ltd.

My dishwasher started giving me problems. It seemed as the it was not draining properly. The dishwasher is covered by an extended warranty. I called 3 recommended companies and the earliest one could come in 5 days. I called High Tech Appliance Service and Atiar said he could come the next day, which was a Saturday. He did a very thorough check and showed me how to troubleshoot the draining. He couldn't find anything wrong and so, he didn't charge me. He told me to call him anytime, if the dishwasher started giving me trouble again (which it hasn't). While he was at my home, I asked him to look at my oven, which never heated up properly. He looked at it and diagnosed a problem with the igniter. I asked him to replace it, thinking he would have to come back another day because he wouldn't have the part. To my surprise, he told me he had the part and he could fix the oven immediately. My oven has never worked better. Atiar was absolutely excellent. He was knowledgable and the customer service was phenomenal. I will be calling him for all my appliance repair needs. I wholeheartedly recommend him.

I contacted Cosmopolitan Mechanical Services after my air conditioner, that had already had its yearly maintenance service by another provider, stopped working. I called this company based on the Homestars reviews. I spoke to Kevin, who sent Dave out to our home shortly thereafter. Dave was able to fix the problem. He also felt that a part in the AC should be replaced but he didn't have the part on the truck. There was chance the AC would be fine but Dave told me the AC would eventually need the part replaced. He came on a Friday of a long weekend. Dave gave me his cellphone number and told me to call him anytime over the long weekend, if the AC stopped working again. He was going to go back to his office to get the part and keep it on his truck, in case I called. I was so impressed by Dave; he offered to help on his time off. I now use Cosmopolitan Mechanical Services for all my AC and furnace servicing and I specifically ask for Dave to come out to my place.

We had a light coloured sofa that had gotten quite stained. We loved this piece and couldn't bear to part with it. Therefore, we decided to have our sofa reupholstered. I contacted Milton based on the reviews on Homestars. Milton was phenomenal. He completely transformed our sofa. Milton was professional, knowledgable and very helpful. He even delivered our sofa earlier than expected. We could not have been happier with the end result. We would highly recommend his service without hesitation.
