Shortly after moving into my new house, the 2012 GE washing machine that came with the property was making a lot of noise and eventually just stopped mid-spin cycle. It was a Saturday and I was in a bit of panic to get someone in on the weekend.
I called High Tech and Atiar said he could come the next day (Sunday) and gave me a 2-hour window so I wasn't waiting around all day.
The problem was that the machine was unbalanced, but Atiar took his time to take it apart, check everything and make sure it was balanced and did a "test load" to make sure it was working before he left. Atiar was professional, courteous and knowledgeable and didn't try to do more than necessary to try to inflate his fee for the service call.
I was so satisfied with his work that I have since referred him to friends who needed a dishwasher and dryer repair - they were also very happy with his work and the timeliness in which he responds to service calls - I would highly recommend him and would definitely call again if I needed any other appliances serviced.
