Our furnace stopped working on January 27th. We phoned Service Experts in Kingston, Ontario and they came promptly. They informed us we needed a part but seeing the furnace was 28 years old we decided to get a new one. The salesman was very informative and we chose our model. We were heating our house with a gas fireplace and electric heaters and they were concerned we were warm enough as well as making sure we had carbon monoxide detectors.
It was a weekend so the workers were only able to come on the Monday. They were here very early on Monday and installed the furnace promptly. They were very neat and polite. They conducted themselves as gentlemen and we never heard any untoward language. We were so impressed that we got them pizza for lunch . They didn’t want any when we asked them but we got it anyway and they were very appreciative.
They showed us how to control the furnace thermostat and informed us how the humidifier worked. They were very knowledgeable and patient with us. They cleaned up very well and thanked us for the pizza lunch. They said they would be back in a few days to install the air conditioner. They did a great job with that as well.
The salesman came a couple of days later to see if all was going well and if we were satisfied or had complaints. We were very pleased and are now enjoying our cozy home thanks to the great team at Service Experts.

We signed up with Service Experts when we gutted and redid our house 10 years ago, and I think they are one of the best companies I've ever dealt with. The staff are incredibly polite and friendly, they arrive on time, finish within the time they set (or less), and always explain what they're doing. I've never felt they've pressured me for service or a product I don't need. Today the tech (Jesse) was great, as usual, and did great work. I recommend them to anyone looking for fantastic service.

This is my first furnace tune-up with Service Experts and I remain very impressed with the company. Jesse, who installed my furnace and air conditioner and handled the tune-up is both friendly and professional. He explained what he did in an easy for me to understand way, without feeling like I was being talked down to.

We have been with Service Experts for 11 years with this furnace and air conditioner. The work performed on the furnace was done efficiently and informative to my husband. He likes to keep on top of things, he said that Dan cleaned, checked all the areas and cleaned up after he was done.

TERRY HAMLYN WAS VERY GOOD AT EXPLAINING WHAT HE WAS DOING AND ANSWERED ALL MY QUESTIONS. HE EXPLINED HOW TO SET UP MY THERMOSTAT TO CONTROL MY HUMIDITY BOTH WINTER AND SUMMER. I WOULD REQUEST TERRY FOR ALL MY SERVICE WORK IF THAT WERE POSSIBLE.OVER ALL I AM A SATISFIED CUSTOMER.

Routine furnace service - rep was quite rude and disrespectful - needs to respect the customer. Rep was dismissive about possible work on fireplace - obviously did not want to do the servicing

The work performed was the annual furnace check completed by the original installation company. The technician, Terry Hamlyn, was very detailed, knowledgeable and provided a clear explanation of the available maintence programs.
