If the technicians are the same guys, thats greatthey were good but Enercare has terrible billing practises. After cancelling our maintenance contract we continued to be invoiced. I wish I hadnt authorized automatic monthly payments. It feels like the extra bill was sent on purpose or at the very least they are administratively incompetent. Beware.

setvice. Their phone system is TERRIBLE. If you don't mind the phone directories, the long waits, or the transfers dropped. Today I spent 40 minutes trying to find out about a long awaited furnace part and my call was dropped THREE times, having to re-identify myself each time (very intensive) to a new employee. It felt like the movie "Groundhog Day". The generally low IQ and difficult accents of their CSRs are also leading me to cancel their monthly full household service. Their robotic script telling me about irritating things like "locking up my pets during the home appointment" should be changed to save customers time too. Shame.

Received a letter from service experts, been with them for a few year's now, renting a gas furnace & a hot water tank..they decided to put the price up on the hot water tank which they said was due to covid, how is that helping out there customer's by putting prices up. Not impressed hopefully by the summer we will have this removed & go with a different company.

We had Nate & Spencer come today to install a new a/c unit. They were very professional, efficient and asked for the customer's feedback i.e. as to the placement of the unit. They both maintained the proper COVID-19 protocol regarding safety throughout the installation. Nate & Spencer both explained EVERYTHING in a clear, concise manner that instilled confidence and workmanship. They answered all my questions. We are totally impressed by the customer service. Thanks guys!

The technician sent by this Company to repair my ac was very aggressive and none cooperative. He was erratic and non professional in his dealings. He did nothing except pointing his finger towards ac and saying I can't do anything and if it's the liquid gas leakage I am not allowed to fill it. I said then what can you do. In a very crude and unprofessional manner he said Contact our Sales to buy a new ac giving an impression as if he was sent by the Company to sell new ACS. He was pressurizing me time and again to buy
from them new ac . This is very low and uncivilized way of selling products. I ask the company are these unprofessional techniques helping you in business. Did I pay $100 for this. It is ridiculous. I ask the business bureau to take a notice of suchlike organisations. I strongly ask to avoid this company. I place it at a very low category.

Bad News: Recently, our 17 year old a/c unit finally decided to pack it in.
Good News: We called Service Experts and they sent sales person Chris out promptly to assess our needs and to provide us with an estimate to purchase/install a new unit. Chris helped us select the proper sized unit for our needs and house.
We agreed to the new purchase and it was installed within 3 days. Everyone from Service Experts were a pleasure to deal with, including the office staff. Even the installation team obviously enjoy their jobs and Terry, Jesse and Spencer could renamed Larry, Curley & Moe as they have fun doing a good job. Many thanks for a good experience.
