Terry quickly got our furnace back in service and identified two 25+ year old parts that could cause problems at anytime. Even though an appointment was scheduled for the next week to install new parts, Terry, on his own initiative, returned that evening to install the new parts to ensure we would not have any problems.

Overall, Service Experts seems to be a good company with which I'm satisfied with both their product line and service people. However, nothing is perfect.

I was told they don't use 3rd party installers, but they sometimes do, as in my case. These installers were on-time, neat, and friendly, but they did not configure the furnace correctly. Two weeks after installation, my thermostat broke (not their fault, just defective). During the replacement process, the technician noticed that the blower motor speed was incorrect for the A/C unit, so he adjusted that.

At my first annual service call, the technician noticed that the furnace was not configured for two-stage operation with my one-stage thermostat, so he corrected that. It's been a mild winter, but I've not received the benefit of a two stage furnace due to incorrect configuration by the 3rd party installers, and the first repair technician missing this error as well.

They provided a very thorough assessment of how my system was working, made some great recommendations in terms of maintaining the system and overall he was a great guy.

Fast and clean very polite and professional did not waste time. They came back two days later to replace the air conditioning unit. Good service from the salesman to verify the work. Very satisfied.

Diagnosed the problem, fixed it promptly, addressed a few other issues not related to the actual problem but could have caused issues down the road.

Service man was very pleasant and courteous. Came in, did his job and left. he was late getting here but his office called to explain why. Will definatly have them back again next year.

Called due to furnace not working, service came and checked it out, found the fire pit was cracked, he called a salesman to come to talk to me, we set up for a new furnace. Technicians came and put down mats before beginning the job. Installed the new furnace efficiently and explained everything to me. Did a great job, cleaned everything up and left. Sales did a follow-up visit and asked if there was anything I didn't understand or any questions I had regarding the furnace setup. Great people to deal with, I recommend them to anyone. Thanks.
