Furnace was not working. Had to change the thermostat. Dan was knowledgeable and courteous. Informed about service contract.

Dan did my regular maintenance very well but beyond that he came back a few weeks later when I had a different problem. He came late on a Friday when it was snowing heavily and he did a temporary fix because the part wasn't available for a total fix at that time. I was about to leave for a ski vacation and wouldn't have felt comfortable leaving with the furnace in the state it was (water leaking a bit from a pipe). Dan then went above and beyond by agreeing to make me a follow up appointment on the Monday, after I had left for the US and would not have been able to call the office myself without incurring roaming charges on my cell phone. Then he texted me the appointment time. So I can have the final fix when I return from my ski vacation, at a time that works for me. I think Dan is an exemplary employee and many thanks to him.

Cleaned the furnace...brushed and vacuumed. Checked the operation, provided us with a full report on the health of the furnace.

I had a yearly furnace check up and maintenance done. The service provider was punctual, reliable and friendly.

Terry came to inspect my boiler and is very knowledgeable especially for a boiler that age. He identified a couple of things that needed to be repaired and got it done very fast. I was very satisfied with the very friendly and yet professinnal service.
