We were very happy with all aspects of the purchase and installation of our new air conditioner and furnace, from the initial prompt visit by Toby Dodwell, to the following attendance of the technicians, who worked very expertly in doing their work, being considerate of us, with as little upset to our day as possible, and then a further visit by a serviceman to fix a small item we were not happy with. Finally another visit by Toby to check that we were happy with all that had been done by your very fine crews.

We are happy with the function of the air conditioner, and we expect to be equally pleased with the furnace once we get to the point where it is necessary to have it running.

Dan Chambers shows up on time and does an excellent job at keeping everything running smoothly. He gives very good tips for making the best use of our equipment, and
for keeping it humming along. We are totally happy with the service

The work was performed exactly as planned from beginning to end. The initial consultation was courteous and informative. On both installations, the installers arrived exactly as promised, installed the systems with a minimum of bother, and left the area spotless. The new systems are very quiet - all I notice is that my home feels comfortable. I am no longer woken at night by the sound of the furnace (or now air conditioning) coming on!
