From start to finish, Sales Experts Heating & Air Conditioning Kingston were very professional and pleasant to deal with. The Sales Professional properly assessed our needs and provided honest information based on our existing system and appropriate options. Our installation appointment was promptly scheduled, the installation supervisor did a site survey the day before, the technicians arrived on time. The installation technicians explained what they would be doing, responded to questions and proceeded quickly. They took care to protect our pets, our floors, our home. Upon completion they cleaned up all areas they had worked in and walked me through each section and responded clearly to my questions.

3 installers arrived on time and went directly to work. Each had their part to play in the removal of the old equipment and installing the new furnace and accessories. All 3 of the installers were very cordial and professional, answering the many questions I put forth about the new heating system. When the installation was complete, they explained how the system operated and how to set the settings on the Wi-Fi thermostat. All the garbage was removed and the area cleaned up. They represented Service Experts in a manner that, spoke well of all the staff we we were in contact with, when we began the search for a new furnace. We were extremely pleased that we chose Service Experts and the products
they represent.

Respectful of my time and property. Installation was problem free and completed within the promised time-frame. Any waste generated from installation was removed without cost to homeowner and home left spotless. Any issues were addresssed immediately and they included education on the use of products.
Service appointments are always within the arranged time period, very prompt. Cannot say enough about how professional all the service technicians have been.

Had issues with excessive hydro consumption, but was repaired.one year later due to faulty install. During the service call the technician named Terry had unplugged the condensate pump as it was running during voltage tests. At that time I was travelling to the Ottawa Cancer Clinic with my wife every day for treatments from Kingston, so didn't double check.on their work, about 3 or 4 days later went into basement and 1.5 to 2 inches of water, approximately over $3000 in damage Done, not including clean up. They total denied it say we bumped into plug and knocked it out yet plug is in ceiling above furnace! To costly for lawyer and they refuse to cover the costs of the books, bed headboard, etc. Do not recommend, and do not recommend Costco in Kingston either as they say it's service experts fault. Arrogant manager and technician.
