We were very happy with all aspects of the purchase and installation of our new air conditioner and furnace, from the initial prompt visit by Toby Dodwell, to the following attendance of the technicians, who worked very expertly in doing their work, being considerate of us, with as little upset to our day as possible, and then a further visit by a serviceman to fix a small item we were not happy with. Finally another visit by Toby to check that we were happy with all that had been done by your very fine crews. We are happy with the function of the air conditioner, and we expect to be equally pleased with the furnace once we get to the point where it is necessary to have it running.
