Tech was very amicable, punctual and clean. He explained what was required and offered options for payment. He advised on CO2 detector and furnace filters. The service call was completed very timely. Tech wasn't a "pushy salesman" which was appreciated.

I got to Service Experts through Costco Install service. Darren was the salesman I dealt with, he was great. Came to my home, explained the ins and outs of the offering. There were some rebates which was wonderful. The installers were great, mats on the floor, cleaned up after the job was done, explained what was done, showed me how to use my fancy new wifi thermostat.. Darren came back a few days later to do a site visit and to make sure all was good and I had no questions. Delivered the warranty info. Job was quick, easy, efficient. All of the staff respected our home and made sure they left it clean after estimates and installation were completed.
