We made our purchase with Reliance through our Costco membership, after some hot water tank research. We choose Rheem because of the online reviews and stats on hot water tanks. Mark I. and Greg, our install team did a fantastic job the new tank (50 gal )was installed inside a few hours and they left no mess behind. I really felt bad for them when they removed our old Woods brand tank it was very heavy even although it was drained. Thanks

I was very happy that they offered a rental as opposed to paying for the full amount after the work was completed. The Tech's Ross and Matt were very professional and efficient and the work was completed to my expectations.

I had an old home with original furnaces that needed to be replaced, so after getting five quotes I decided to hire Reliance the Furnace Company. It was a big job where they replaced 2 furnaces, hot water tank and installed an air conditioner. It sounds weird, but there was not a single aspect of the project that didn’t go better than I was expecting. They showed up on time, the price was great and they even finished a day early leaving behind a product that works perfectly. If I could give them more than 10 stars I would.

I hired Reliance the Furnace Company to install a furnace, hot water tank and humidifier and overall had a good experience, though there were some areas I was dissatisfied with. The guy who came initially to speak with me about the project was really good and helpful in finding the best solution for my home. The two guys who came for the install were very professional, which I appreciated, though they didn’t ask me where I wanted the monitors installed and now I don’t like where they are and have to deal with moving them and replacing the holes in my wall. Another thing was that one of the guys doing the install told me that if I picked up the maintenance package then filters are included, but when I called the office they told me that was not the case. I do believe the installer was giving me the information to the best of his ability and since I was able to get out of the maintenance package with no problems its not a big deal, just a bit disappointing. One thing I really don’t like is that the furnace filter that is in the new furnace is a speciality filter, which supposedly works better, but the problem is that I can't just go to the hardware store and pick up a new filter if I needed it and the speciality filter will be more expensive. My final issue is that I requested an account to be set up to allow me to pay them and whatnot, but whenever I call about it I’ve been getting the runaround still leaving me without an account 3 months later. All that being said, I do think my experience was overall good, they did great work and everything is in working order in my home.

This was a great buying experience for us. Chris was very professional and treated us with courtesy in ex-plaining all our options, offering honest advice without trying to steer us to any specific option. We never felt pressured at all.
The techs Paul and Justin arrived right on time and went about their work very professionally and cleaned up throughly at the end of the day.

I replaced an old furnace on the advice of 2 service techs from the company. Chris, the salesman, came & listened to my needs both from a reliability standpoint & a need for economy. He arranged to have a new furnace installed in 6 days. Today Mark I & Gary arrived on time. They worked efficiently, effectively& neatly. They were kind & courteous & discussed things with me when necessary. In a relatively short time, the furnace was installed. All the operations were explained to me & all my questions were answered. It was a pleasure to have them here. I have dealt with this company in the past & will do so in the future because of the wonderful service they give. As an extra bonus, I received 2 CO monitors I hadn't expected. I

We are very satisfied. When our furnace broke, Reliance The Furnace Company™ came in promply and replaced our old, decrepit furnace. Thanks to them our family no longer remarks on seeing their breath or the icicles forming on the bathroom mirrors.

I had Reliance the Furnace Company come in to install a new furnace and hot water tank. They guy that came was very professional and efficient. I really liked that he had all his pricing specs laid out and ready to show me. He was very informative, which made me really comfortable in dealing with him. I have had no issues since the installation, but also like the feeling that if I did I’m sure they would be quick to remedy it with no hassle.

We hired Reliance the Furnace Company to install two new furnaces as well as a hot water heater and the overall experience was very good.
