My 20 something year old furnace failed on the coldest day of the year. I called Reliance, as I had a very positive experience with this company a few months prior with the hot water heater issue.
The service person Richard arrived in less than an hour from my call. He was efficient, competent and thorough. My furnace was beyond repair. Richard made certain I understood the problem and helped me problem solve next steps.
Chris provided me with clear options, and support while I made my choice of a replacement furnace. I felt fully informed and comfortable making my decision and am confident I was provided with accurate information and competitive pricing.
Installers Mark + Greg were punctual, efficient and competent. They worked non stop in and out of the cold to have my furnace installed and functioning within hours. They made certain I had all my questions answered and provided detailed information on the functioning of my furnace.
I truly felt taken care of from my very first phone call to the completion of the project.

Thanks to reliance furnace company,one sunday when i get home in the evening my furnace was shut down and out side was below -25, that night i was checking company on line with customers review and i found reliance furnace was have a good review and its true after i get the service,next day they fix my furnace for temporary until i get the new one,and special thanks to Jamie Wall(adviser) explain to me about their product and services,and service person to Chris Butz who fix my furnace for temporary and installation team Jordan Amini and Matt Hannana they did a good job they clean the dirt,old furnace parts and they explain me about the new product feature and use with a tour. I am really happy with the i have got more than i expected.thank you again for the company and team.

We had called 2 other company,s but never heard from them for 1 to 2 days. The furnace was installed be Justin and Greg , and they did a great job. In instaling and explaning the new systam to us. This was all completed in a fast and professional manner .

Mark from the Furnace Company came out for annual maintenance on my furnace, he took the time to answer my questions and identified parts on my furnace that inquired about, all in a very professional manner, excellent service.

I have used Reliance several times and have always had very friendly and efficient service from the people who answer the phones to the service techs (Chris and Ryan -Chris is a troubleshooting pro!) to Jamie who does estimates on new appliances. My experience has been that the employees at Reliance are truly interested in doing the best job they can for the customer - in the least expensive, most efficient and friendliest way possible. I certainly recommend choosing Reliance as your top furnace company!

Got up one morning on Monday and found out that my home heating system which was a Lennox Complete Heat System was down. House was freezing and it did not help as on that day it was -27 deg C. Called Reliance up after calling several other companies and they responded quickly. Told them about the problem and immediately they scheduled a meet up with one of their sale's personnel - Mr. Dave L. He arrived at very short notice and looked at the system and gave us the best advise, to rent the whole system from water to furnace heating system. He went over everything very clearly and there were no hidden cost.
Did the math and found out that rental was the best way to go. Called Dave at 9.00 pm that night and confirmed what was agreed and by Wed morning we had two of their best A-Team installation personnel - Aaron and Nolan. They were well on time went through the whole process of what they were going to do and set up their work place, as not to have any dirt left behind after completion. Through the work they were very knowledgeable and explained everything to me as they were doing their installation. They are very professional and always kept their work area clear and tidy at all times. At the start Dave informed us that it might take two days to complete the installation, but these guys were so good they finished it within a day and their finished worked was spot on.
I would not hesitate to fully recommend Reliance Company for a very professional work and very cost efficient too.
