On Sept 23, 2014 I had a new Lennox Air Conditioner installed at my home. From Jamie in sales to Greg and Yan the installers (and their electrician whose name I cannot recall) the unit was successfully installed in about 5 hrs. I noticed a problem with the fan not turning off a couple days later. I called the Furnace Co. and within an hour, their technician, Justin, arrived, diagnosed and repaired the problem the same day. I am a stickler for good service, technical knowledge, professionlism, courtesy, friendliness, respectability and cleanliness. They scored very high in all areas and especially in their dedication to the task at hand. I would recommend the Furnace Co. to all!

I booked a furnace inspection and tuneup with the same company that installed AC for us this past summer. Our first experience with this company had been stellar, and this was a similar experience. The service technician, Chris, is very knowledgeable, skilled, thorough,and efficient. He finished the job in less than an hour and explained each step of the service checks and adjustments when I asked. I learned a lot and feel confident in the work he provided. I highly recommend this company.

The process was super easy ,got an in-house quote,quote answered all my questions and was the cheapest,one week later Kevin and Drew installed furnace and A.C ,did an excellent job,again answered all my questions with great detail,work had quality tradesmanship

Nolan and Aaron were knowledgeable, neat and friendly. Installation done in less time than expected. Only issue was our old chimney fell in our neighbours yard and guys missed getting it.

From the initial meeting with Dave to the final clean up with Aaron and Nolan, this company was very professional and efficient. The experiance I had with Reliance was wonderful. Starting with Dave who came to give me an informative quote,to Kevin and Drew who came a did the installation in the pouring rain and had to come out a few days later and install a hot water tank. Chris who had to answer questions about my hot water tank on a weekend.The ladies who took my calls in the office and arranged everything fast and efficently. And to Martin who answer my daugther concern late at night and then came out to make an adjustmnet the next day.Thanks for making this a pleasant experiance!

Greg and Yan came this morning, removed the old furnace, installed the new furnace. They worked from start to finish. Yan is a very motivated employee - hustled to every job. Greg a great leader and very knowledgeable. Thanks to Jamie Wall for the advice and estimate. Too soon to tell if everything okay but it seems to be. On the ratings, I would recommend to my friends if everything works out for us. Just new.

Aaron and John did an excellent installation job with our air conditioner. Our home was built in 1961 and as with some other projects we've had done there were some challenges to overcome. Aaron figured out common-sense solutions to all of them and the job went very smoothly. They were here for approximately 10 hours so it was a long day but they never slowed down. They cleaned up very thoroughly after themselves. We had the unit installed on July 24th and we've so grateful for the air conditioner with all the really hot weather. Our home is so much more comfortable now. The Costco cash card deal was a great bonus on top of a job well-done! Thanks guys!!!
