On Sept 23, 2014 I had a new Lennox Air Conditioner installed at my home. From Jamie in sales to Greg and Yan the installers (and their electrician whose name I cannot recall) the unit was successfully installed in about 5 hrs. I noticed a problem with the fan not turning off a couple days later. I called the Furnace Co. and within an hour, their technician, Justin, arrived, diagnosed and repaired the problem the same day. I am a stickler for good service, technical knowledge, professionlism, courtesy, friendliness, respectability and cleanliness. They scored very high in all areas and especially in their dedication to the task at hand. I would recommend the Furnace Co. to all!
