My appointment was because I had no heat. Jundez arrived during time slot and about 10 minutes after he phoned to let me know he was on his way. Very professional and pleasant. The repair was done quickly after he picked up the part that was needed. Also explained what was replaced, replaced thermostat as well . Very good experience from start to finish. The experiance I had with Reliance was wonderful. Starting with Dave who came to give me an informative quote,to Kevin and Drew who came a did the installation in the pouring rain and had to come out a few days later and install a hot water tank. Chris who had to answer questions about my hot water tank on a weekend.The ladies who took my calls in the office and arranged everything fast and efficently. And to Martin who answer my daugther concern late at night and then came out to make an adjustmnet the next day.Thanks for making this a pleasant experiance!
