Service and billing

People need to read the google reviews 2 stars not this pumped up site with 10stars everywhere. Anyway service sucked very rude and pushy trying to sell products .they fibbed to us about there billing rate told 149.00 for the first hour and 110.00 every hour after when we got the bill it was at 149.00 every hour we phoned and got several different story's that were made up as we talked first we were told the lady that quoted us that rate never should of told us that but how can they just change the rate at billing time? Then I was told its a install rate not a labour rate then I was told it was a flat rate for installing a heat exchanger I asked why am I being billed by the hour then she said she doesn't understand why I am upset with the bill because that's not the billing rate I was quoted also I was charged a total of 7 hours he was there for 4 including 2 smoke breaks and playing with his phone.It was a Lennox furnace covered under warrenty and I was charged 100.00 dollars for shipping so I asked to see the shipping bill they would not send it to me,tryed 3days to have there manager return my call to talk about the bill phoned every day leaving my name and number never returned call had to call head office still got no where because they fibbed to them saying it was a quoted job .......frustrated and hand are tied also put complaint in with BBB .Its a matter of principle not money if I was told flat rate 1200.00 would have paid with out a word but don't tell me your labour rate and charge me more and expect me to be happy. Still can't believe reviews on this site so phoney and staged compared to our expereance
